Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and secure advertising and sponsorship deals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Meet agreed revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Key Requirements

Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, advertising sales, or media sales will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of the Ghanaian media landscape will be an added advantage.
