Sales Coordinator

  The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales operations, ensuring efficient customer support, processing sales orders, and leading the Sales Support Team to achieve service excellence. This role acts as the bridge between customers, sales personnel, warehouse, procurement, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. 

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in sales administration and customer service. The successful candidate will supervise the support team while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements.
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Lead and supervise the Sales Support Team.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve productivity.
• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Technical teams.
• Ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfilment.
• Resolve operational issues and customer concerns efficiently.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales support and operational reports.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to work processes and customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation. 
•  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO requirements.
