Job Description

  1. Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including document preparation and data entry.
  2. Issue SO work orders, Delivery Orders and Sales Invoice for all assigned account.
  3. Assist in checking and arrange stocks.
  4. Assist in accounts receivable (AR) and collection processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and reconciliations.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of financial and administrative transactions.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service support.
  7. Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
