We are looking for a driven Solar Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Southern!

In this role, you will transform company-provided warm leads into successful closings, owning the end-to-end customer journey from first touchpoint up to project handover.

What You'll Do:

• Effectively manage and convert company-provided leads assigned daily to maximize branch revenue.
• Own the entire consultative sales lifecycle, from initial lead engagement until the final project handover.
• Understand the customer's energy needs and recommend the best solar solution for them.
• Deliver market-leading service to maximize customer satisfaction and drive word-of-mouth referrals.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a smooth post-sale transition for the customer.
• Monitor and follow up on project payment milestones (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, and 30% post-completion), ensuring smooth project progression.
