Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting and purchasing products.
• Provide customers with accurate information about available products, prices, and promotions.
• Receive and process orders from WhatsApp and other approved online channels.
• Confirm product availability, quantities, prices, payments and delivery details.
• Pick, weigh and pack customer orders accurately and neatly.
• Prepare online orders promptly for delivery or customer collection.
• Coordinate with dispatch riders and ensure that the correct orders are handed over.
• Process cash, POS and bank-transfer payments and issue receipts where required.
• Ensure that customer payments are made only through authorised company payment channels.
• Accurately record daily sales and payments.
• Arrange products neatly on shelves, in freezers and in display areas.
• Monitor stock levels and report products that are low, damaged or approaching expiry.
• Assist with receiving, counting and arranging new stock.
• Participate in periodic physical stock counts.
• Keep the outlet, shelves, counters, storage areas and freezers clean and organised.
• Respond politely and promptly to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Promote available products and recommend suitable alternatives to customers.
• Carry out other reasonable duties required for the smooth operation of the outlet.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of an OND
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
