GROSS SALARY: KSH 130,000 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement sales, marketing, branding and business strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase student enrollment, and achieve organizational growth. Plan and execute advertising, promotional and digital market campaigns. Lead, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team, including performance management, training and achievement of departmental targets. Build and maintain strong relationship with students, parents, clients, and strategic partners to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Manage departmental budgets, monitor performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with management on strategic planning and continuous improvement strategies. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience; a master's degree is an added advantage. Proven expertise in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Strong experience in customer relationship management, sales pipeline management, market research, and sales reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
