Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Drive market expansion through dealer acquisition, development, and relationship management.
• Lead, coach, and manage Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor regional business performance and implement strategies to improve market share.
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet customers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee inventory planning, dealer productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve customer experience.
• Monitor collections, credit control, inventory turnover, and other key commercial metrics.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in Sales or Commercial Management within the Automotive, 2-Wheeler (2W), 3-Wheeler (3W), or FMCG distribution industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in a regional or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing dealer and distributor networks.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue and market share growth.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, credit control, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
