Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Source residential, commercial, and land properties for sale and rent across designated locations.
- Conduct field inspections of properties and gather accurate information, photographs, videos, and relevant documentation.
- Research property prices, market trends, rental rates, and competing listings within assigned areas.
- Verify property details, ownership information, location data, and property features before listing.
- Prepare and submit detailed property reports to the management team.
- Accompany prospective clients on property inspections and provide accurate information about available properties.
- Assist in identifying new property opportunities and emerging real estate markets.
- Monitor competing properties and provide regular market intelligence reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sourced properties and inspection activities.
- Coordinate with the listing and marketing team to ensure property information is complete and up to date.
- Follow up on inspection requests and scheduled property viewings.
- Represent the company professionally during site visits and client interactions.
- Perform other property sourcing and field-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in real estate, marketing, sales, field operations, or a related role is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Lagos locations and property markets.
- Ability to conduct independent field research and inspections.
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use Google Maps, smartphones, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
- Must be willing to travel frequently within Lagos for inspections and property sourcing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new properties sourced monthly.
- Number of verified and inspection-ready listings submitted.
- Accuracy and completeness of property information collected.
- Number of client inspections successfully coordinated.
- Timeliness of property reports and market research updates.
- Contribution to the growth of the company's property inventory.
