Job Description
Radiographers in Uganda: how would you like to run your own imaging department?
At Ebenezer Clinic & Diagnostic Centre in Ibanda, we're looking for a Radiographer to lead our imaging service. You won't be one name on a long rota. You'll own the department.
What you get:
💰 A competitive salary
🏠 Accommodation support
📈 A per-scan incentive
🎓 Funded CPD
🚀 A clear path to department lead
Why it's a career move:
🔹 Modern kit. We've recently upgraded to 3D ultrasound, and we run X-ray alongside it.
🔹 A busy, growing clinic. We're a 24-hour diagnostic centre seeing 600+ patients a month, with 89,000+ patient visits since 2015.
🔹 A close team of 12, and a founder who invests in people. I coach business owners and doctors, and I put the same energy into my own team.
What you'll do:
• Ultrasound scans (obstetric, abdominal, pelvic and general) on our 3D machine. This is the heart of the job.
• Good-quality X-rays, done safely.
• Clear, accurate reports, with urgent findings flagged to our clinicians straight away.
What you'll need:
✅ Diploma or degree in Diagnostic or Medical Radiography (or Medical Imaging)
✅ Registration with the Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) Uganda, with a valid practising licence
✅ Proven ultrasound scanning skills
✅ Readiness to work full time in Ibanda
A big plus: ECG (12-lead), echocardiography, and experience with 3D ultrasound.
Apply in 2 minutes: upload your CV and a short note
Deadline: Friday 7 November 2026.
