Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance

• Conduct regular quality audits of annotated AI training data to ensure accuracy and compliance with project guidelines.
• Review annotation outputs, identify errors, and provide timely corrective feedback.
• Track recurring quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are consistently maintained.
• Participate in quality calibration sessions to maintain consistency across the annotation team.

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate a team of data annotators to achieve daily and project targets.
• Allocate workloads and monitor team productivity and performance.
• Coach annotators on quality standards, processes, and areas requiring improvement.
• Conduct regular team check-ins and provide performance feedback.
• Address performance, attendance, and quality concerns promptly and professionally.

Training & Calibration

• Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new annotators.
• Facilitate regular refresher training and calibration sessions.
• Ensure team members understand project guidelines and updates.
• Support the development of training materials and quality improvement resources.

Performance & Reporting

• Monitor key performance indicators including quality, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, quality findings, and project progress.
• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement measures.
• Escalate significant quality or operational issues to the relevant management team.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with Project and Operations teams to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor project workloads, deadlines, and resource requirements.
• Communicate project updates, guideline changes, and priorities to the annotation team.
• Support the resolution of operational challenges that may affect project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Management, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, team supervision, data annotation, data labelling, content moderation, customer service, BPO, or a related environment.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team is required.
• Experience working with AI training data, data annotation, data labelling, or similar projects is an added advantage.
• Experience conducting quality audits and monitoring team KPIs.
• Experience in coaching, training, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to work with digital tools and project management systems.
