As a Project Coordinator for the Firmwide Learning and Development Center of Excellence PMO, you will work closely with key stakeholders and project teams to define project success and achieve desired outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Project Coordinator for the Firmwide Learning and Development Center of Excellence PMO, you will work closely with key stakeholders and project teams to define project success and achieve desired outcomes. As part of your role, you will support various learning projects across different training modalities, including in-person, virtual classroom and on-demand learning experiences.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service Delivery
- Create and execute project plans on time and within scope and budget
Monitor and update project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Liaise with Instructional Designer, Program Deployment, Learning Approach and Plan Team members, as needed
- Schedule, attend, and participate in stakeholder and project team meetings
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute meeting notes/actions to all project team members
- Follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Assessing, monitoring and escalating risks/issues to onshore project manager and provide solutions where applicable
Ensuring project deadlines are met by holding the project team and stakeholders accountable for their deliverables
- Completing project tasks as required
Preparing reports leveraging our Project Management System and Microsoft Suite of Products (particularly excel)
- Utilizing existing tools and processes
- Providing administrative support, and assisting with other ad hoc tasks as requested
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience
- Project management certification would be a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in remote work is an asset
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Experience leading large cross functional programs involving business and technology teams.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Our team is using a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home in Jamaica and being in the office.
Expected to spend a minimum of five days each month in the office, though this number may increase depending on business needs
- Expected to work in a fast-paced environment
Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to responsibly use information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities
- May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
