- Responsibilities
Promote evidence-based programming and organisational learning.
Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and dissemination of programme outcomes and impact.
Use data and research to strengthen advocacy and inform strategic decision-making.
Undertake any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer consistent with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
- Requirements
A Master’s degree in Human Rights, Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Public Health, International Development, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree and substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
At least eight (8) years of progressive experience managing complex development, public health, governance, or human rights programmes.
Demonstrated experience in programme leadership, policy advocacy, legal reform, lobbying, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing donor-funded programmes and multiple grants.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of Botswana’s governance, policy, legal, and human rights landscape.
Excellent proposal development, report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience representing organisations in national and international forums.
