• Assist in planning and organizing weekly production schedules
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Assist in the overseeing production processes approved by Management
• Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods
• Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, workers and the units
• Ensure that inventory is maintained of all equipment, products and resources and that they are properly handled
• Train, supervise and manage the work of junior staff
• Approve regular maintenance work
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
• Work with other managers to implement the company's policies and goals

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields
• Prior experience with production department
• In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations
• Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills
• Basic computer skill and with software like MS Office
• Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and desire to work with other team members
