Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product vision and strategy for the cloud data collection and integrations platform, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and ecosystem strategy.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing development of collection capabilities, source connectors (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.), and shared platform components such as audit logging, data pipeline optimization, and workflow automation.
  • Lead cross-functional execution from discovery through delivery partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Security, Compliance, and Support to deliver quality releases on time and with measurable user impact.
  • Conduct deep customer and market research to identify emerging data sources, new regulatory requirements, and evolving user needs.
  • Develop product requirements and user stories that translate technical challenges into clear business and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external partners and integration vendors to expand source coverage and improve reliability, scalability, and interoperability.
  • Measure adoption and performance using telemetry and analytics to inform data-driven roadmap decisions.
  • Champion compliance and defensibility by ensuring chain-of-custody, privacy, and security are built into every collection workflow.
  • Participate in incident triage and operational excellence initiatives, contributing to system reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends in data collection, API ecosystems, privacy regulations, and AI-assisted automation to guide long-term innovation


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or data infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to deliver technically complex features that balance performance, scalability, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, cloud data ecosystems, and data access protocols.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and product release planning.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and prioritization skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and business teams.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in data governance, compliance, or legal technology.
  • Familiarity with information security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
  • Knowledge of modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and service-oriented architectures.
  • Understanding of eDiscovery, digital investigations, or regulated data workflows.
  • Demonstrated success engaging directly with enterprise customers or partner ecosystems.
