Procurement Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
Process and reply to emails concerning import operations.
Facilitate and expedite import processes by coordinating effectively with suppliers, customs clearance agents, and banks.
Create and manage electronic purchase orders, settlement documents, and other related paperwork.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong team player who adheres to team management.
Proficient in computer office applications (MS Office, etc.); candidates with prior experience in import operations will be given priority.
