Pp Sheeting Extrusion Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PP sheeting extrusion machines efficiently.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Change dies and optimise production parameters to minimise material wastage.
• Identify and resolve production and machine-related issues promptly.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and report faults when necessary.
• Keep the production area clean, organised, and safe.
• Adhere to all company health, safety, and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience operating PP sheeting extrusion machines.
• Demonstrated track record of producing high-quality PP sheets consistently.
• Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Ability to change dies and optimise production parameters.
• Knowledge of routine machine maintenance and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/production environment.
