Responsibilities:

• Operate a processing line, including slaughter, scalding, defeathering, evisceration, washing, chilling, cutting, deboning, weighing, packaging, and loading.
• Ensure correct trimming and portioning
• Verify that products meet weight and quality specifications before packaging
• Ensure that labels are accurate and properly attached
• Ensure professional use of equipment, including manual and automated equipment
• Carry out equipment and facility cleaning after processing
• Comply with company standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a BSC
• 3 Years of previous experience in a similar role
