Job Description
  • Responsibilities

To work as Pharmacist in the retail / community pharmacy as per rules and regulations under the Medicines and Related Substances Act & other applicable laws of the country.

Provide counselling to the patients and information on possible usage, side effects, drug interaction and other related information.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge, inventions, new techniques and modern trends of pharmaceutical practices.

  • Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy
  • Registration with Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC)
  • Valid BHPC Blue Card – Permission to Practice
  • Valid Private Practice License (PPL) for Tlokweng, issued by Ministry of Health

Should have at least ten (10) years experience in any field of Pharmacy practice which should include retail pharmacy.

  • Additional experience will be an added advantage
