Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee daily operational processes and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage operational budgets, allocate resources effectively, reduce overhead costs, and optimize supply chain or material logistics.
• Continuously analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean or automated solutions to streamline performance.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate operational staff; foster a productive work environment, manage hiring, and oversee training programs.
• Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure company policies, health and safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
