Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily facility management operations.
- Ensure all services are delivered in line with client expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Manage and supervise site teams, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Prepare operational reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations or facility management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certifications in Facility Management or Project Management will be an added advantage.
