Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily facility management operations.
Ensure all services are delivered in line with client expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Manage and supervise site teams, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery
Prepare operational reports for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations or facility management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional certifications in Facility Management or Project Management will be an added advantage.
