Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the organization.

• Manage strategic projects from planning through completion.
• Track business and operational performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitor research.

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve administrative processes using technology.
• Provide leadership with regular updates, recommendations, and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably 3 to 5 years.
• Experience in business development, operations, strategy, healthcare administration, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
