Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support vendor onboarding and ensure smooth communication between vendors and the platform
• Monitor and manage order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
• Track inventory and flag discrepancies or stock issues
• Assist with resolving customer service issues related to orders, vendors, or deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of vendor and operational activities
• Help identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
• Problem-solving skills
