* Experience in conducting thorough background checks to ensure guards recruited are honest, reliable, and of good character.

* Ability to verify guarantors or references for every guard before employment.

* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

* Ability to deploy guards efficiently and maintain high service standards across all client sites.

* Experience in preparing operational reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.
