Responsibilities:

Massage Services:

• Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Reflexology, and Sports massage
• Do body scrubs, spa packages, and couple massages as required
• Consult clients to understand pain points, preferences, and health history
• Customize pressure and techniques for each client

Customer Experience:

• Welcome clients, explain treatments, and ensure comfort
• Maintain a clean, serene, and scented treatment room
• Recommend aftercare and retail products like oils, balms
• Take bookings and manage client records with confidentiality

Hygiene & Safety:

• Sanitize tables, towels, and tools after each client
• Follow all health, safety, and professional ethics guidelines
• Report any client concerns or contraindications to management

Sales & Operations:

• Upsell spa packages, memberships, and products
• Track inventory: oils, lotions, towels, and report low stock
• Meet daily/weekly service and revenue targets
• Take before/after photos for spa social media with permission

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years in a spa, wellness center, or hotel.
• A minimum of a degree in a field
