Digital marketer

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

• Research and identify new clients, markets, and business opportunities
• Cold call, email, DM, and do in-person meetings to pitch our services/products
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitch → negotiation → closing → onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets

Partnerships & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners
• Manage existing accounts to increase retention and upsell/cross-sell
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to represent the company

Strategy & Market Research:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in Lagos/Nigeria
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Work with Marketing to create campaigns that generate leads
• Report weekly on pipeline, forecasts, and results to management

Collaboration:

• Work with Operations/Delivery team to ensure clients get results after closing
• Give feedback to Product/Marketing on what clients are asking for

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of an HND
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
