Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Manage digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
Oversee the company website and online presence.
Lead product launch campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
Drive distributor acquisition and customer engagement.
Manage marketing budgets, calendars, and campaign performance.
Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods.
Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and teams.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content, influencer, product, and performance marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools is an advantage.
Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
