Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the organization’s goals.
• Lead branding and visibility initiatives across all channels.
• Manage digital marketing, including social media, website, and online campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional events, health campaigns, and community outreach activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage advertising, media relations, and public communications.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing (healthcare or service industry experience is a plus).
• Strong creativity, leadership, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, branding, and customer engagement.
