MANAGING DIRECTOR

• Responsibilities

Lead the company’s strategic direction and daily operations.

Develop and implement business growth strategies.

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource management.

Lead and develop staff while building strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and report to the Board of Directors.

• Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (HR qualification is an added advantage).

Minimum 8-10 years’ senior management or executive leadership experience.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and communication skills.

Valid driver’s licence.
