Responsibilities:

Interpersonal Roles:

• Leader: Guide and motivate staff to do their best work.
• Liaison: Build a network of contacts inside and outside the group.
• Figurehead: Act as the symbolic and legal head of the team.

Informational Roles:

• Monitor: Search for and collect useful data.
• Disseminator: Share important facts and updates with the team.
• Spokesperson: Speak for the team to outsiders.

Decisional Roles:

• Resource Allocator: Decide how to use money, time, and staff.
• Disturbance Handler: Fix sudden problems and conflicts.
• Negotiator: Bargain with other groups or workers for deals and terms.
• Entrepreneur: Start new ideas and projects to improve the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
