Job Description
The Logistics and Supply Chain Support Officer is responsible for monitoring, controlling and managing stock movements within the head office and between the head office and operational zones.
The position also facilitates overseas procurement and logistics activities to ensure a reliable supply of stock that meets the requirements of all zones.
Main responsibilities

Functional responsibilities
- Ensure the head office has sufficient stock to meet demand across all zones.
- Ensure suppliers have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Facilitate and support stock-taking activities in the zones according to the guidance provided.
- Maintain order in stores and warehouses.
- Coordinate import processes with clearing agents for all countries where WASSHA Inc. operates.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Track all consignments dispatched to or from the zones and ensure they reach their intended destinations.
- Monitor the implementation of supply chain policies.
- Manage incoming requests from the zones daily to ensure timely turnaround.
- Track all overseas consignments and provide updated lead times for their arrival.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum requirements
Academic and professional qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or another relevant field.
