Responsibilities:

• Catalogue, classify, and write metadata descriptions for all research papers, theses, textbooks, and course materials uploaded across the three platforms, using standard library classification systems (Dewey Decimal, LC Classification) and digital metadata schemas
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all platform submissions — verifying formatting, completeness of bibliographic information, and compliance with Iwemi’s academic integrity standards
• Manage the content review pipeline on iwemiresearch.org — ensuring all submitted papers move through upload, review, and publication within agreed turnaround times
• Support the cataloguing and structuring of courses, modules, and reading materials on iwemischool.com, and maintain an organised digital resource centre aligned to each course offering
• Manage accurate book listings on iwemi.com, including ISBN records, subject classifications, author details, and SEO-optimised descriptions to improve search discoverability
• Represent Iwemi in virtual and in-person meetings, campus outreach events, webinars, and stakeholder presentations — including supporting the INARIC 2026 national campus activation campaign across 60 institutions
• Use AI tools (including the Iwemi Research Writer) to support content development, metadata generation, and academic quality improvement across platforms
• Produce short written content and social media updates communicating platform value to academic audiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a BSC
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
