Responsibilities: Litigation and dispute resolution Debt recovery and collections matters Drafting and reviewing legal documents Court procedures and case management Legal research and legal opinions Liaising with external advocates, courts, and other relevant stakeholders Compliance with applicable laws and regulations Requirements: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree Advocate of the High Court of Kenya Valid practising certificate Relevant experience in litigation, preferably in a financial institution or microfinance environment
