Job Description

Maintain and record daily accounting transactions accurately and documentation.
Assist with fund allocation across group entities, including invoice preparation and coordination of the approval process.
Support account opening and onboarding processes for banks and payment platforms.
Collect and organize KYC and corporate documents.
Support daily treasury operations, including fund transfers, payment settlements, monitoring account balances, and transaction statuses.
Preparing daily treasury and settlement reports and maintaining payment records and supporting documentation.
Manage transaction follow-ups, including pending, rejected, or returned payments, and liaise with internal teams, banks, and payment platforms to facilitate timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with established internal approval policies and procedures for all transactions.
Perform other treasury-related administrative tasks as assigned
