Accounts & Admin Executive

We are seeking an Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team at our manufacturing company located in the Larkin Industrial Area, Johor Bahru, Johor.

In this role, you will be responsible for the company's full sets of accounts including accounts payable and receivable, preparing and filing SST returns, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also oversee general office administration and staff-related administrative matters to ensure smooth daily operations.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain a full set of accounts through to financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Perform month-end and year-end closing, bank reconciliations, and prepare schedules for audit
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and debtor follow-up
• Assist with stock records, stock take reconciliation, and basic costing
• Prepare and submit SST returns; handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions
• Assist with corporate tax computation and LHDN matters
• Process monthly payroll and maintain employee records
• Handle general office administration, filing, and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders on accounting and administrative matters

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualification in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field (such as LCCI, AAT, or equivalent)
• 3 years or more of experience handling full sets of accounts
• Hands-on experience with SQL accounting software
• Willingness to learn and develop further accounting knowledge and skills
