Responsibilities:

Selection Criteria
- Prepare Requests for Quotes.
- Identifying any discrepancies in customer and OEM purchase orders and preparing internal corrections and permission prior to external communication.
- Work with the team to ensure the open orders spreadsheet is updated and monitored regularly.
- Work with the team to inspect orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quantity and products are supplied.
- Register and manage Forms ‘M’ with Commercial Banks for Company importations
- Process Risk Assessment Reports with government-appointed Scanning Companies.
- Coordinate the activities of Customs Agents in clearing all imports.
- Maintain a record of all communication with OEM's and customers in respect of all orders.
- Track orders from placement through delivery.
- Pass relevant items information to our logistics team and colleagues for processing.
- Update the goods inventory record.
- Accompany the delivery of goods to our customers' warehouse within Nigeria.
- Maintain the asset register with the Accountant.
- Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the office managers.
