Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Requests for Quotes.
  • Identifying any discrepancies in customer and OEM purchase orders and preparing internal corrections and permission prior to external communication.
  • Work with the team to ensure the open orders spreadsheet is updated and monitored regularly.
  • Work with the team to inspect orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quantity and products are supplied.
  • Register and manage Forms ‘M’ with Commercial Banks for Company importations
  • Process Risk Assessment Reports with government-appointed Scanning Companies.
  • Coordinate the activities of Customs Agents in clearing all imports.
  • Maintain a record of all communication with OEM's and customers in respect of all orders.
  • Track orders from placement through delivery.
  • Pass relevant items information to our logistics team and colleagues for processing.
  • Update the goods inventory record.
  • Accompany the delivery of goods to our customers' warehouse within Nigeria.
  • Maintain the asset register with the Accountant.
  • Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the office managers.
