Internship Talent Acquisition and Social Media Intern

 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Assist in sourcing and attracting potential candidates for available job vacancies. Search for potential candidates through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms. 

- Create and post recruitment advertisements on social media. 

-Respond to enquiries from potential candidates and provide basic information about available positions. Assist in screening and shortlisting suitable candidates.

-Arrange and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.-Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records.

-Support recruitment campaigns and activities to attract suitable candidates.

2. Social Media & TikTok Live

-Assist in managing social media activities related to customer acquisition and recruitment.

-Participate in and host TikTok Live sessions to promote company services, attract potential VIP customers, and support recruitment activities.

-Create simple, creative, and engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

-Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries from potential customers and job candidates.-Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to increase customer and recruitment leads.

-Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.

-Support the team in generating creative ideas for digital marketing and social media activities.

3. Basic Administrative Support

- Perform basic data entry and documentation tasks.

- Maintain and update customer, sales lead, and recruitment records.

-Organise and maintain proper filing and documentation.

-Prepare simple reports related to customer acquisition, recruitment, and social media activities.

-Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
