Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Assist daily production activities and coordinate with operators to keep lines running smoothly.
• Record production metrics and report variances to supervisors for timely action.

Process Improvement

• Run small pilot projects to simplify workflows and reduce waste, documenting results clearly.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to test changes and help standardise effective practices.

Quality & Safety

• Support routine quality checks to ensure products meet set standards before dispatch.
• Follow safety procedures and promote safe work habits on the shop floor.
