International School (Pearson Edexcel) – ECDE Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
• Support learners' cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor children's progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
• Promote positive behavior and classroom discipline.
• Participate in school events and professional development activities.
• Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies.

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in Education (ECDE option preferred).
2. Experience in IGCSE curriculum – Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel.
3. Must be TSC registered.
4. A minimum of 3 years' experience.
5. Good ICT skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and pupils.
7. Clean child protection record.
8. Excellent curriculum and classroom management knowledge & skills.
9. Experience handling candidate classes is preferable.
