International School (Pearson Edexcel) – Mathematics / Business Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics and Business Studies lessons.
• Implement the Pearson Edexcel/IGCSE curriculum effectively.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
• Prepare learners for internal and external examinations.
• Maintain accurate academic records and student performance data.
• Integrate ICT into teaching and learning activities.
• Participate in curriculum development and co-curricular activities.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline.
• Support the school's vision, mission, and child protection policies.

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in Education.
2. Experience in IGCSE curriculum – Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel.
3. Must be TSC registered.
4. A minimum of 3 years' experience.
5. Good ICT skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and pupils.
7. Clean child protection record.
8. Excellent curriculum and classroom management knowledge & skills.
9. Experience handling candidate classes is preferable.
