requirements, the Board of Trustees of the VIVO Energy Botswana (VIVO) Staff Pension Fund invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to serve as an Independent Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Fund. The Fund is a defined contribution fund which is licensed by the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority and approved by the Botswana Unified Revenue Service. The Fund has been established with the primary objective of providing post-retirement and other benefits for individuals. The successful candidate should be well versed in the retirement funds industry, an independent and strategic thinker who is expected to add depth, expertise, and diversity to the Fund’s Board of Trustees in carrying out its fiduciary responsibilities on behalf of its members.
