An exciting opportunity has arisen for vibrant, young, highly driven, ambitious and exceptional individuals to become part of the Rainbow Tourism Group Graduate Development Programme. We are inviting applications from qualified candidates to participate in a two (2) year fixed-term training programme. Successful candidates will be required to sign a two (2) year training contract and undergo rotations, mentorship, and on the job development programme across the Group’s hotel and business units.

We are looking for a Human Resources Graduate Trainee who possesses a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or Psychology
