Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Administer leave, attendance, and other HR documentation.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Kenyan labour laws.
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
Prepare HR reports and support payroll administration.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in any business related field.
2 Years Experience in HR Practice..
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Transport and logistics an added advantage.
