Job Description
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) or HR certification
Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience working in e Commerce, retail, logistics, or fast-paced operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
Prepare job advertisements, shortlist candidates, and organize interviews
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal company policies.
Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, attendance management, and workplace culture programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support.
Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation.
