- Bachelor's Degree HR Management
- MBA highly desirable qualification
- 8+ years HR experience
- 3+ years senior management
- Logistics supply chain experience
- CHRP(K) IHRM CIPD certified
- Labour laws knowledge required
- East Africa HR knowledge
- Large team management experience
- Financial operational management
- HRIS ERP implementation experience
- Leadership negotiation stakeholder
