Housekeeping Supervisor

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, Hotel Management, or a related field. Minimum of <strong>2–3 years' experience</strong> in housekeeping, with at least <strong>1 year in a supervisory role</strong>. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hygiene standards. Experience in supervising, training, and motivating housekeeping staff. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to conduct quality inspections and maintain high housekeeping standards. Proficiency in inventory management and housekeeping supplies control. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
