• 协助代理开展产品推广、销售活动及业务开发，推动销售业绩增长。

• 根据业务需要，前往外地拜访代理、支援市场活动及拓展新市场。
• 与营运、客服及仓储团队紧密合作，协调订单处理、物流配送及售后服务。
• 协助执行线上及线下市场推广活动，包括产品发布会、促销活动、展销会及培训课程。
• 处理客户咨询、活动报名及线上推广相关事务，提升客户体验。

Campaigns & Events

• You will plan and run Mandarin-first online and offline campaigns, including product launches, promotions, exhibitions and training sessions.
• You will coordinate creative briefs, vendors and event logistics, then track performance to refine tactics and improve ROI.

Agent & Sales Enablement

• You will support agents with product promotion, sales activities and business development while maintaining regular communication to build long-term partnerships.
• You will visit outstation agents, lead trainings and support market events to strengthen coverage and sales performance.

Operations, Service & Insights

• You will work closely with operations, customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing, logistics and after-sales support.
• You will gather market intelligence, analyse competitor and consumer trends, prepare regular activity and performance reports, and suggest practical improvements.
