• 与物流团队协调出货及退货流程，确保及时交付。
• 协助展销会、路演活动及公司活动期间的客户接待与现场支援工作。
• 根据需要协助培训及指导新进同事。
• 与各部门紧密合作，确保沟通顺畅及提升营运效率。

• 通过社交媒体平台、即时通讯工具及线上渠道回复客户咨询。
• 协助线上活动及促销活动的客户沟通、报名及后续跟进工作。

Customer Experience & Digital Engagement

• Proactively assess customer needs in Mandarin and recommend appropriate products or solutions with clear, friendly explanations.
• Handle after-sales inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and follow up until the customer is satisfied.
• Respond to online enquiries via social media and messaging tools and support online campaign sign-ups and follow-ups.

Operations & Administration

• Process and track customer orders using our systems and maintain accurate customer records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations and sales reports, and assist with invoicing and document filing to keep operations running smoothly.

Coordination & Events Support

• Coordinate with logistics on deliveries and returns to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Support customer reception and on-site needs during roadshows, exhibitions, and company events, and assist with onboarding of new colleagues when required.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve communication and operational efficiency.
