- Position Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Case Administrator (English & Spanish) to support healthcare and insurance operations for U.S.-based clients.
In this role, you will manage healthcare cases from initiation through resolution while providing exceptional service to English and Spanish-speaking clients. You will communicate with patients, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and internal departments to ensure documentation is accurate, cases are progressing efficiently, and client needs are resolved promptly.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving problems, working with healthcare documentation, and making a meaningful impact through excellent customer service.

Manage healthcare and insurance-related cases from initiation through resolution. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, monitor case progress, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure all case milestones and deadlines are met.

- Bilingual Client Support & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking clients, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and third-party partners. Provide case updates, answer inquiries, explain documentation requirements, and deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.

- Investigation & Problem Resolution
Research claim or case discrepancies, investigate delays, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve issues while maintaining compliance with client and company standards.

- Documentation & Administrative Support
Collect, review, organize, and maintain healthcare and insurance documentation. Ensure records are complete, accurate, confidential, and compliant with HIPAA, company policies, and client requirements.

Maintain accurate records within CRM and case management systems, track case progress, prepare reports, update stakeholders, and ensure all records remain current and audit-ready.

- Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
- Healthcare Administration
- Insurance Claims
- Medical Office Administration

- Case Management
- Administrative Support
- Medical Billing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer literacy.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
Insurance or healthcare administration experience.
Medical terminology knowledge.

Salesforce or CRM experience.
HIPAA knowledge is an asset.

This position is based in our professional office in Kingston, Jamaica.
The role requires:
- Frequent phone conversations in English and Spanish
