• Provide overall leadership and direction for the school.
• Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff.
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
• Develop and implement school policies and improvement plans.
• Oversee student discipline, welfare, and safeguarding.
• Manage school operations, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor school performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• A minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in a school setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.
