We're Hiring: Group HR ManagerZimbabwe (Head Office, multi-entity) • 1 position available •About the RoleWe're looking for a Group HR Manager to lead the people function across our group of companies: recruitment, performance, culture, and training for a genuinely diverse, multi industry Group.

Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do• Lead recruitment and onboarding across all three business units• Own performance review and attendance processes Group wide• Champion a consistent culture and set of values across engineering, manufacturing, and retail environments• Coordinate training and development programmes for all business units• Support payroll administration in coordination with Finance• Maintain HR compliance and employee records across the Group

Qualifications and Experience

What We're Looking For• Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field• Minimum 7 years' HR generalist experience, including exposure to multi site or multi entity environments• Solid experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance• IPMZ membership or equivalent professional affiliation preferred• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; comfortable working across genuinely different operating environments
